How I Work
My path into this work began about six years ago through my own healing journey.
As I started exploring energy healing for myself, I experienced firsthand how supportive it could be - not only physically, but also in helping me move through challenging experiences with greater steadiness.
Much of my early work also unfolded alongside my horses, whose sensitivity to energy reinforced just how powerful subtle shifts can be.
Over time, I began incorporating this work with both people and animals, while continuing to study a variety of healing modalities.
Three years ago, I was introduced to Astrology through an incredible teacher. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a deeper path of study and mentorship. I continue to work with her today, refining my skills and expanding my understanding of Astrology.
Both practices have brought profound insight and support to my own life, they now form the foundation of the work I offer to others.
When working with clients, my approach is grounded, steady, and practical. Sessions are designed to bring clarity to the patterns shaping your life while also creating space for your nervous system to settle and rebalance. Rather than focusing on dramatic change, the work is centered on understanding, stability, and the kind of growth that creates lasting strength.

This work is not about quick answers or dramatic transformation.
It isn't about bypassing difficulty or searching for clarity about the future.
Instead, this work is about slowing down enough to understand what is unfolding beneath the surface.

Together, they support growth that is grounded, sustainable, and built through deeper understanding.
This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about understanding yourself more deeply and learning how to move through life with greater steadiness and strength.
My work is grounded in formal study and continued mentorship.
I am a certified Astrologer through La-Michinn and a Level 3 Reiki Master, maintaining ongoing mentorship to ensure depth, accuracy, and integrity in my work.
